Had an amazing time with friends! The reception team was super friendly and helpful. We visited the famous Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and explored the vibrant neighborhood around the East Side Gallery. The heated pool and sauna were fantastic for relaxation after all the sightseeing. A little pricey breakfast at 25 euros, but it’s got all the essentials, including smoked salmon.

However, I was surprised by the extra charges for bedding and towels for an additional guest, which is mentioned in the small print. Seemed unfair considering we already paid for the room.
